Upcycled Vintage Items 

Our vintage garments vary in condition and age - some are pre-worn and well cared for, while others are unused deadstock clothing. We source these garments from vintage sellers in the USA, and re-imagine them in collaboration with an artisan studio in Jaipur, India using techniques such as embroidery, dyeing, and block printing. Our artisans perform a thorough, in-house inspection and restore the items as needed - all by hand. Items are inspected and cleaned again once the upcycling is complete.

While we do our best to ensure the garments are kept in their best condition as they pass through several hands, there may be stains, dull marks or minor wear and tear. Product webpages include multiple images of the garment in white light, so you can look through the details of the garment before making a purchase. The colors, feel and look may vary between pieces - these imperfections add to the beauty of the garment and we celebrate them.

  • All items are shipped within 1-5 business days.  

  • Shipping rates vary, depending on weight & country. 

  • Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation and are generally delivered between 3-7 business days. If you use ShopPay, you can also track the order via the ShopPay app.

  • International Orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation and are generally delivered between 2-4 weeks depending on location. Busyland is not responsible for any duty, customs or other charges for taxes or clearance purposes.  You cannot order international on our website you will need to contact us directly to arrange.

  • Expedited Shipping is offered at an additional cost.  Please write a note with the request at checkout and we will send an updated invoice for the additional service.  There is a $10 handling fee, in addition to the cost of shipping associated with this service.  

  • Busyland is not liable or responsible for lost or stolen packages in any capacity.

Exchanges & Returns

All Busyland products are vintage and generally one-of-a-kind.  We are also a small business.  At this time, we cannot refund your purchase.  We will accept exchanges and/or store credit within 48 hours of receipt of purchased item.  The exchange process must start within this 48 hour window.

Exchanged items can be returned to Busyland at the customers expense and must be received by Busyland within 10 business days from the date Busyland accepts the exchange and order for new item.  The item must be exchanged in the original condition it was received in, including free of strong odors including, but not limited to, smoke and perfume.  

Once the exchanged item is received by Busyland, inspected and accepted, Busyland will ship the new item within 48 hours via regular post at no charge and will charge or refund any monetary differences (not including shipping) to the customer account. Expedited shipping may be requested at the customers expense only. 

Please note that all of our garments are carefully photographed and gross irregularity from the photo will not be accepted and the original item will be returned to the customer.

  • When you place an order, we use the pertinent information to track your order and may need to contact you via phone or email if there are any issues, questions or concerns.  If you provide your email address you may also receive emails notifying you of the status of your order including order confirmation.
